All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom engraved orders require an additional 3–5 business days for engraving before they ship. We don’t cut corners on custom work — your piece is worth the extra time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order through your account dashboard. If you don’t see a tracking email, check your spam — and if it’s not there, reach out and we’ll sort it out.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about international delivery.

⚠️ LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
